Pick a theme for the phone
Choose Default, Light mint, Dark mint or Black for the Phone Clover phone. It's a personal setting saved in your browser.

Phone Clover’s phone has four themes. This is a personal preference, not something an admin sets for the whole team, and every rep and admin can change it for themselves.
Where to find it
Open the gear or Settings icon from the phone page or the floating widget, then look for the Themes card. This card is visible to everyone, not only admins, unlike most of the other Settings cards further down the page.
The four themes
- Default
- Light mint
- Dark mint
- Black
Pick whichever is easiest on your eyes. There is no functional difference between them; every feature works the same in all four.
How it’s saved
Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage on that device. That means:
- It is applied before the page finishes loading, so you will not see a flash of the wrong theme when you open the Phone page.
- The full Phone page and the floating call widget share the same theme in that browser.
- It is per browser, per device. If you use Phone Clover in two different browsers or on two computers, set your theme in each one.
Note: this is a local browser setting, not part of your HighLevel user profile. Signing out and back in, or switching computers, does not carry your choice with you.
Troubleshooting
It went back to Default after I cleared my browser data. Clearing browser storage (cache, cookies, site data) removes the saved theme along with everything else stored locally. Pick it again from the Themes card.
One teammate sees a different theme than I do. That is expected. Themes are per person, not per HighLevel sub-account, so there is nothing to coordinate across a team.
I switched browsers and lost my theme. Pick it again in the new browser. The theme lives in that browser’s local storage, so it does not follow your HighLevel login across browsers or devices.
